Routine cleaning: full service or chemical cleaning?
AC Full Service is the complete indoor and outdoor service to restore cooling and airflow — the usual choice for regular maintenance. AC Chemical Cleaning is a deeper chemical clean of the coils, filters and drainage, for units that still underperform after routine servicing.
If only one side needs attention, the indoor unit (filters and blower) and the outdoor condenser can each be cleaned on their own.
Weak cooling or water dripping?
Gas Refill tops up R22, R410A or R32 refrigerant to restore cooling power. If the gas keeps running low there is usually a leak: Leak Detection & Repair locates it and carries out standard repair work, and Leak Repair + Gas Refill does both in one visit.
Water dripping from the indoor unit usually points to the drain. Drain Line Cleaning clears blocked lines to stop dripping and water backup; Water Leakage Repair diagnoses and fixes leakage around the indoor unit.

Installing, moving or removing a unit
Installation covers wall-mounted units up to 18,000 BTU. Relocation / reinstallation moves a unit between rooms or properties, and uninstallation removes a unit with proper refrigerant recovery handling.
Jobs that need a quote
Commercial, cassette, ceiling and ducted systems, and repairs such as compressor, control board (PCB), fan motor, copper piping and electrical faults are quoted after inspection, because the work depends on the unit and the site. Request a quote from the table above or send photos on WhatsApp.
