Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete your Cleenmark account and the personal information linked to it at any time, however you signed in (Google, Facebook, Apple, or a booking made by phone or WhatsApp).

1. Email sales@cleenmark.com with the subject "Delete my Cleenmark account", or message us on WhatsApp (+960 741 2727).
2. Send it from the email address or phone number on your account, or tell us which one it is, plus a booking number if you have one. This lets us confirm the request is yours.
3. We confirm when your request is received and let you know when the deletion is done. We aim to complete it within 30 days.

We delete or anonymise your account, saved addresses, profile details and any information we received from Google, Facebook or Apple when you signed in (your name, email address and account ID).

We keep only what the law requires — for example issued invoices, receipts and payment records needed for tax (including GST) and accounting in the Republic of Maldives. These records are no longer linked to an account you can sign in to. See how long we keep information.

To stop Facebook sharing data with Cleenmark, open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose Cleenmark and select Remove. Removing the app stops new data reaching us; to delete what we already hold, send the request in section 1.

On an iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Sign in with Apple (on older versions: Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID), choose Cleenmark and select Stop Using Apple ID. You can also do this at account.apple.com under Sign-In and Security. Then send the request in section 1 to delete what we hold.

Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, choose Cleenmark and select Delete all connections you have with Cleenmark. Then send the request in section 1 to delete what we hold.
